Is Scott Snyder’s Batman Incompetent?

If he’s going to be this careless, then he shouldn’t have the job… Theoretically, I don’t mind having a hero who’s not at the top of his game. Its the same problem that was in Court of the Owls, Bruce was doing stupid out of character stuff to serve the story. It’s lazy writing.
