Mythic TPB out in June
Mythic, the collaboration between Eisner-nominated writer Phil Hester and Eisner-winning artist John McCrea, will hit store shelves in trade paperback form in late June.

The trio includes Waterson, an Apache shaman, Cassandra, a Greek immortal and Nate Javadarma, a cell phone salesman. It’s up to this diverse triumvirate to keep the world safe without you even knowing they’re doing it.
Mythic Volume 1, which reprints issues 1-8, hits comic shops Wednesday, June 22 and bookstores six days later.

“I.D. and ISLAND brought me back to the place in comics I love the most,” said Ríos.
I.D. will be in comic shops Wednesday, June 22 and in bookstores on May 28.
Black Road #1 gets second printing
Customer demand for Brian Wood’s latest stab at Vikings has resulted in Black Road getting a second printing.
Black Road, written by Wood with art from Gary Brown and Dave McCaigm stars Magnus the Black. Magnus is neither clean nor sober, neither Christian nor Pagan, but he is a man true to his word. When a ranking official is killed while under his protection is brutally murdered, he’s prepared to hunt the killers to the frozen tip of Norway, giving not a damn whether or not he incites a religious war.
Both the second printing of issue #1 and issue #2 will hit comic shops May 18.
