Tweetfest returns to a physical event this year, after last November’s virtual festival. With screenings at the Hen and Chickens, and the Arthouse (Crouch End) in London, it looks to be another fine collection.
Now in their 7th year, Tweetfest is getting the hang of watching short films and hanging out at the cinema for their screenings (with popcorn and wine of course). Over the years they’ve had more than 20 different VIP jury members watch the finalist shorts, and over 20 of the first round judges watch hundreds of films. Hand on their hearts they say, every year, they’re are surprised and delighted by the remarkable filmmakers who keep producing brilliant shorts that blow everyone away. Looking at the list you’ll feel the same way when you watch this year’s short film line-up.
