If you missed out on funding the Princess Who Saved Herself on Kickstarter, there’s now another chance to obtain the book. A Backerkit pre-order page has been set up by the creators, allowing anyone who missed the Kickstarter campaign to pre-order a hardcover copy of the book for $20. However, the pre-order page will only last until 11:59 pm ET, Thursday, April 23rd. The book is scheduled for a June release.
The Princess Who Saved Herself is based on the song by Jonathan Coulton, the nerd-favorite musician best known for writing and performing “Still Alive” in Portal. Greg Pak (Batman/Superman) is the writer behind the comic book adaptation, while Takeshi Miyazawa (Runaways) provides the artwork. Colors are done by Jessica Kholinne and lettering by Simon Bowland.
