Good news for fans of Shu. The old-school platformer with beautiful hand-crafted graphics has some updates in the form of six free DLC levels, plus a PsVita release. Playstation 4 users should have the new levels all in one release. Steam users had the first three a while ago and now have the next three. The PS Vita launch was delayed but should also be available around now in Europe, and very soon in Japan and North America.

Press release follows:

On May 23rd, the free DLC update arrives on Playstation 4 with Six new levels which include the three levels which were launched on Steam last month. Steam users will receive an update to receive the remainder three levels.

The Six levels are called Beneath the Ruins, No Turning Back, Depths of Discovery, Chase Through Chambers, Deep Dash and Conquering the Caverns, These levels use the same villagers you find in the main game but will be collected in a different order.

The PS Vita version will include the all-new DLC levels plus the exclusive trophy area, The Refuge.
