IDW Publishing releases a lot of comics this week, but the highlights are the return of Uncle Scrooge comics to comic shops, the return of Mark Waid and Barry Kitson to the world of Empire, and some new quality collections, like the eleventh volume of the Complete Little Orphan Annie and the second volume of the Best of EC Artist’s Edition.
