Like most people, Canadian artist Darren Rawlings engaged himself in the yearly activity on the third month called “March Madness”. Unlike most people, Rawlings’ definition of March Madness didn’t involve brackets that predicted which college basketball team would make it to the championship finals. Instead, he spent the majority of March drawing two to three pictures a week of Marvel’s short-tempered giant, the Hulk.
For about four weeks Rawlings drew the Hulk smashing his way all over the place. From Venom, Apocalypse, and Galactus, no one was spared from the Hulk’s wrath. Not even Nintendo’s most recognizable characters stood a chance against the misunderstood beast. Below are some of Rawling’s best artwork from his Hulk March Madness set.
Rawlings is the owner and Creative Director of Thinkmore Studios, which specializes in artistic practices like animation, storyboards, and illustrations. For more of Rawlings artwork, please visit his DeviantArt and official blog.
