I always appreciate the opportunity to review Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles books, especially the original works from Kevin Eastman & Peter Laird. After all, these are the stories that got the ball rolling for all things TMNT. Thanks to IDW, many new fans can now enjoy them in COLOR!
This review is for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Color Classics Vol. 3 #12, which covers Part Ten of Thirteen of the City At War arc. What I like most about this issue, besides the classic art & story, is getting some Casey Jones action and a little insight into Karai. Now, I might be a little biased in recommending this issue since TMNT is one of my favorite properties, but there’s a reason why their stories have lasted this long and continue to earn new fans.
