The “Supergirl” cast has grown again.

Broadway actor Jeremy Jordan has been cast in the upcoming CBS series as Winslow ‘Winn’ Schott, better known to DC fans as The Toyman.

Jordan, 30, will guest star in the pilot episode, with the door being left open for future appearances. His character is described as a 20-something genius and comic book fan who has a crush on Kara (Melissa Benoist). The pair works together at CatCo, a company owned by Cat Grant (Calista Flockhart).

Best known for his role on the TV series Smash and on stage in “Newsies,””Bonnie & Clyde”and “Rock of Ages,” the Tony Award-nominated Jordan can also be seen in the film “The Last Five Years” opposite Anna Kendrick.

Jordan’s casting in the latest for the show, which boasts a talent roster of Laura Benanti (Alura Zor-El), Chyler Leigh (Alex Danvers), David Harewood (Hank Henshaw) and Dean Cain and Helen Slater, whose roles remain a mystery.
