Marvel Comics has released a four page unlettered preview and cover gallery from Cullen Bunn and Salva Espin’s Deadpool and the Mercs for Money #1.
When the series was announced last month, writer Cullen Bunn said that “chaos and mayhem take center stage” in an increasingly wild series progression. That said, it seems that this is havoc and bedlam at the beginning, with The Merc With a Mouth being paired with the notably loony Foolkiller, and other Marvel villains that you only have to mention their names to imagine the anarchic riot that could ensue: Stingray, Massacre, Solo, Terror and Slapstick, all of whom would like you to know that their names are not allegorical, but literal, renderings of what they do or who they are.
You can preorder Deadpool and the Mercs for Money #1 from your comic shop until January 11th, and it arrives on the rack on February 3rd.
