This week, Timeless takes us back to the golden age of Hollywood, with episode 3 of season 2: Hollywoodland.  Spoilers are ahead in this review, so please be warned!

Last week’s season opener reframed the Timeless story, and made it much more of an underdog theme, so with the season now fully underway, and a new direction in place, the team begins to get stuck into the fightback, in a very enjoyable episode 2 – The Darlington 500.

Last season, Timeless, along with several other shows such as Travelers and Time after Time, made its debut, with time travel as its premise.  Like Travelers, it is still here for a second season, although its return was slightly rockier, having been cancelled and then gaining a reprieve due to fan pressure.  The season opens with ‘The War to End All Wars’, and as usual, please expect some spoilers!
