Barnes & Noble has announced its Pop Culture calendar for July, which marks the second annual celebration of these events at the box store book and media retailer.

This year’s festivities include Throwback Thursdays all month, a Time Travel Weekend to celebrate Doctor Who, Magic Treehouse, and Outlander (July 3rd-5th), DC Comics Days (July 8th-12th), Comic Convention Collectibles (July 9th-12th), Harper Lee Celebration (July 13th-14th), Minion Fun (July 17th), Star Wars Saturday (July 18th), Manga Mania (July 19th), Fangirl Friday (July 24th), Vinyl Day (July 25th), James Patterson Day (July 26th), and Dr. Seuss Spectacular (July 28th and July 31st).

There are some giveaways during these events, such as a free Young Gotham collection during DC Comics Days, To Kill a Mockingbird totes available during the Harper Lee Celebration.  There are also collectibles mentioned with limited availability.  Wonder Woman collectors may want to note the following excerpt from the Barnes & Noble announcement about Fangirl Friday:  “while supplies last, pick up the Vinyl Vixen Metallic Wonder Woman, available only at Barnes & Noble.”
