Marvel Comics has released an unlettered, three page preview and cover gallery from Tara Butters, Michelle Fazekas, and Kris Anka’s Captain Marvel #1.
In the new Captain Marvel series, Carol Danvers is heading up an all-new Alpha Flight program as part of Earth’s defense forces against interplanetary threats. These conflicts won’t be entirely physical either, as the solicitation questions whether Carol is ready to handle being a soldier and a diplomat simultaneously.
You can pre-order Captain Marvel #1 from comic retailers until this Monday, December 21st, and it goes on sale January 20th.
